What exactly does this do? If you succeed, the observer doesn’t realize you’re casting a spell, but since it adds the verbal action, they still hear you play your instrument or sing, or whatever, so if they’re not a complete idiot they know bards cast spells by singing and playing music, so still pretty much know you’re casting a spell, right?
Also, there should be a way all spellcasters can try to conceal their spell casting. Like many feats, this shouldn't be class locked to be bard only (though it should be re-skinned to be agnostic to the type of spell casting.)
Bards don’t have to sing as part of a verbal component, and both Wizards and Sorcerers have a similar feat that is worse but available earlier.
