Are there any other published settings for this game beyond the basic one with Absalom Station and Golarion and all that? Maybe from a third party? If not, anyone know if there will be?

I know Rogue Genius Games has their Blood Space campaign setting which starts off in the introductory adventure Blood Space and Moon Dust for 4 to 6 first level characters.

Might I suggest checking out the rest of Rogue Genius Games' releases for Starfinder, and Everyman Gaming's material as well. They all contribute to the same setting and are some fantastic material.
