Are these to be applied 1 time per round if sneak attack damage is done to the target? Or multiple times if multiple sneak attacks are successful against the target in a round?
Two examples are...
Crippling Strike: A rogue with this ability can sneak attack opponents with such precision that her blows weaken and hamper them. An opponent damaged by one of her sneak attacks also takes 2 points of Strength damage.
Dispelling Attack: An opponent that is dealt sneak attack damage by a rogue with this ability is affected by a targeted dispel magic affecting the lowest-level spell effect active on the target. The caster level for this ability is equal to the rogue’s level.
Stacked with Debilitation Injury (and possible Double Debilitation), it seems these Advanced Talents are extremely powerful and render a BBEG target incapacitated in a single round.

They work whenever you successfully land a sneak attack.
+1
I think you overestimate the power of these abilities slightly.
Let's suppose a hasted rogue of level 10 got into position to get in a full attack of sneak attacks and all of them connect*. A BBEG would now rather die because of the 15d6 worth of sneak attack damage than the -6 to Strength or the dispelled divine favour.
*I currently play an unchained rogue (Eldritch Scoundrel) at level 10 and the situations in which I could connect with a full round sneak attack were few, very few.
