PFS Star Update and Downloads

Hi Customer Service Team!

I have a request regarding updated my profile and my downloads list accordingly.

First, I have 100 tables reported as a GM for Pathfinder Society, so I'd like to request that my star rating be updated (it doesn't seem to have done it automatically, and using the new "Refresh" button hasn't changed it either.

Second, in light of my milestone, I'd like the following scenarios added to My Digital Content:
-Bonekeep Part 3 (I guess I should have had this as a V-A, but I didn't notice it earlier)
-#7-99 Through Maelstrom Rift (My understanding is that a 4-star GM is allowed to have access to this and GM it)

Hello JDDyslexia,

I spoke to the PFS team about this and they told me that the kind of update that would fix the reporting issues is one that our tech team can’t run until they’re confident that they’ve resolved the issues that have been plaguing the site the last couple weeks. Until they finish final checks on that end rolling any new code could exacerbate those issues. They’re very aware that this is a priority and we’re making sure it stays front and center. As soon as that happens your account will reflect the 4th star and the PDFs will be granted to your account.

So, circling back on this, it looks like half of this process is done. I got my 4th star updated about a week ago, but I still don't have those two PDFs. Is this something you can look into?

I received an e-mail confirmation for Bonekeep Part 3, but nothing yet for 7-99. Can I get an update?

First, congratulations on reaching 4*! Thank you for all your time and effort running games.

7-99 Is a 5* exclusive event, which is why you haven't received it.

7-98 is a 4* exclusive. That is the one that should have added to your account.

I think we need to get this clarified. Everything that I have seen with the exception of this thread lists 7-99 as a four star game.

Tonya, can you double-check this, please?

I'd like to follow up on this again because I would like some resolution to this matter since I'd like to GM 7-99 at an upcoming convention.
