Purchase of Way Of Wicked Book 1 pdf not working

Hello,

I recently bought the pdf download for Way of the Wicked book 1 from your site and after downloading the document I have tried using three different unzip programs and yet every time I go to open the pdf file I get an error message saying that the file is either not the correct format or is corrupted.

I require assistance in getting the document to download and open correctly as it is currently unusable in the current state.

edit: A little more information according to the website the file should be 150 Bytes but when I go to unzip it the file size comes up as 0 and I get the above error message.

I haven't heard a reply about this problem on this forum or to the email I sent. I know you have had many problems with the website and Gen Con and don't expect immediate solution but just knowing someone is looking at my issue would reassure me. Thank you.

After looking into your issue, I determined that the source file we were given for distribution is encrypted. I've forwarded this issue to our product manager so we can request a replacement document from the publisher.

Excellent haven't tried the download yet will do shortly. Hopefully you won't hear anymore from me hahaha.
