So I'm looking to make a bloodrager, and the draconic bloodline looked cool to make a natural weapon character, but it's not clear when a draconic bloodline bloodrager has claws or not. The book says " Unless
otherwise specified, he gains the effects of his bloodline powers only while in a bloodrage; once the bloodrage ends, all powers from his bloodline immediately cease, and any physical changes the bloodrager underwent revert, restoring him to normal.", and the claw ability says "At 1st level, you grow claws. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to make two claw attacks as a full attack, using your full base attack bonus." so I would assume that you get them only when bloodraging, but the Abyssal bloodline says "At 1st level, you grow claws while bloodraging. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to make two claw attacks as a full attack, using your full base attack bonus." so since it specifies only while bloodraging with abyssal and not with draconic, it makes it looks like you get them all the time.

Aight. Only claws while raging.
Additional natural attacks could be gained through racials (orc/Tiefling/Aasimar wing feats), through a dip (DD 2/ranger 2) or by grabbing rage powers (a gore or a bite through Animal's fury)
Taking the pounce-line by swapping 4th/8th level bloodline powers for (lesser)beast totem and animal Fury and the 12th level power for the two remaining beast totems works well.
I made a pretty sick DPR build around those, further using orc-bloodline Eldritch Heritage for extra strength, aswell as quickened Touch of Rage prolonged with the ring of bloodmagic (Extend magical effect two rounds for the cost of 1 rage round). DPR at 16 was in the 300-350 region.
Happy hunting!
