Archon Style question?

I'm having trouble wording this in a general format, so I'll ask about the feat specifically. Archon Style, in Planar Adventures, says you need Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes, and a Base Attack Bonus of 2 or Monk level 1. If I play a Monk, do I still need Combat Reflexes and Combat Expertise?

You still need to have Combat Reflexes and Combat Expertise. You can tell this by looking at the semicolons.
