Unchained Monk Selecting stand monk abilities through Qinggong Power

Can you select the Standard Monk abilities that are listed as options for Qinggong powers as long as you don't already have it? For example, could you select the base monk's Diamond Soul for always on spell resistance that you have to lower manually instead of the Unchained Monk's swift action activated spell resistance that you have to manually activate?

raw yes, but most gm would say that it was changed for a reason and if you want that power play a chained monk. your taing an unchined monk for the revised power up AND down. not just the power up.

I disagree.

If you select the 'Diamond Soul' power of the Quingong Archetype for an unchained monk, the Diamond Soul you are selecting is the unchained diamond soul, not some other one.

The Quingong Ki powers that are Monk abilities have to be the abilities from your monk class.
