The information Izcenine tried to give is a little misleading. It is not a feature of the subscription system to guarantee access to the product before the release date. This just happens to be the case based on how our shipping schedule usually falls. This is hopefully what Customer Service tried to convey to Izcenine. It is our goal, however, to make sure that you have your PDF by the street date.
While we are gearing up for GenCon and the release of the Pathfinder Playtest, we have scheduled the shipping of subscription items for this month slightly later than previous months, which has caused some reasonable confusion among those who are used to the schedule of previous months. We thank everyone for their understanding and are happy to clear up any confusion.
As to your specific order, Shain Edge, it is perfectly fine. We are still in the process of shipping out subscription items for this month, and we are nearing completion. Your order was shipped out early this morning and you should now have access to the PDF!
