I wanted to see if there was anyway that I could get an update on my order. The email I received says that it shipped on July 11th. It is now the 24th and I still have not received it. For whatever reason it says that tracking is not possible. Any information on the status of delivery would be appreciated. thank you.

This item is a Playtest order. This means that the item is expected to get to you in an estimated window around the release date, August 2nd. It is entirely normal that this package has not arrived yet.

The email you received was a bit misleading, I agree. It actually indicates that the order is paid for and ready to ship, but this shipping service's goal is to get the package to you in the estimated window around the release date. Keep an eye out around August 2nd for any orders containing Playtest materials.
