Magical Trickster: Whether you’re using magic items, wielding innate magic, or dabbling in spellcasting, you can sneak spells past your foes’ defenses as easily as any blade. When you succeed at a spell attack roll against a flat-footed foe’s AC and the spell deals damage, you can add your sneak attack damage to the damage roll. If your single spell leads to multiple separate damage rolls, apply your sneak attack damage only once per target.

Flanking: When you and an ally are flanking a foe, it has a harder time defending against you. A creature is flat-footed (taking a –2 circumstance penalty to AC) to creatures that are flanking it.
To flank a foe, you and your ally must be on opposites sides or corners of the creature. A line drawn between the center of your space and the center of your ally’s space must pass through opposite sides or opposite corners of the foe’s space. Additionally, both you and the ally have to be able to act, must be wielding melee weapons or able to make an unarmed attack, can’t be under any effects that prevent you from attacking, and must have the enemy within reach. If you are wielding a reach weapon, you use your reach with that weapon for this purpose.

Question: Can a magical Trickster, while holding a melee weapon, cast a spell while fulfilling the flanking rule to make him flat footed and get sneak attack damage on a spell attack?

Thief Racket:When you attack with a finesse melee weapon, you can add your Dexterity modifier to damage rolls instead of your Strength modifier.

When you throw a melee weapon with the thrown property and finesse do you also get to add dex to dmg?

Im getting that Cringy 5e feel on my paladin that I wanted to be ranged. 5e forces paladins into a melee build because of the starter bonuses. I want a ranged paladin like pathfinder had with the divine hunter. Retributive strike is melee only? why!!! get rid of this melee only paladin mental block that games seem to have these days and let us champions of the gods actually decide to avenge from a distance. Let us avenge the downtrodden with arrows of justice!!!! Please?

I wanted to see if there was anyway that I could get an update on my order. The email I received says that it shipped on July 11th. It is now the 24th and I still have not received it. For whatever reason it says that tracking is not possible. Any information on the status of delivery would be appreciated. thank you.
