Animated Portrait lists a weight of 1 lbs. for a 4x6 foot framed painting. Seems rather light but we will go with that.
Typical weight for a medium creature is 60 to 500 lbs.
Typical weight for a gargantuan creature is 32,000 to 250,000 lbs.That puts the multiplier at 500 to 533x, meaning a gargantuan portrait should be 500 to 533 lbs.
That calculation assumes the gargantuan portrait is thicker than the medium portrait, which need not be the case. If they're actually the same thickness, then three size categories => factor of eight in each expanded dimension => 64 lbs for the gargantuan portrait.
I'm not 100% clear on the robe, but I think you can exit the extradimensional space while leaving objects within it.
