I was playing at a society event the other day and I was made aware that you were replacing books that were having binding issues.
Since my book seems to be having some issues with the binding, I was wondering what steps do I need to do to see if my book is a candidate for replacing?

Hello Kochean,

I'm sorry to hear you have a defective book! Your first step will be to see if the place you purchased it from can exchange it for you, as we have steps in place to replace damaged or defective items through distribution. If they cannot please send us a picture or two of the defective book, along with a good shipping address to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to get a replacement sent out to you.

I have purchased the book via subscription. I will get some pictures of it when I get home though.
