Okay, I bought this a long time ago (.pdf version, actually), and I'd like to use them in a pathfinder game. Should I recreate the race using the Advanced Race Guide? Best ways to use them? Should I convert them to Starfinder (after all, they are building a nuclear reactor)?
Thoughts and advice?
I use these guys in my homebrew world, haven't done a full conversion to PF yet, but it looks something like a basic elf with wis instead of int bonus, drow dark vision and light sensitivity, and a stealth bonus instead of weapon familiarity.

Well, I said I might not be able to use them in a campaign to a friend, and he basically said why not? So I might be able to use them, now. They aren't dark elves by any means, I got the .pdf because the cover looked cool. Good one on Clyde Caldwell there. I also picked up other old D&D titles since then. Like the Dawn of the Emperors and Alfhiem. It was mainly to see how I can use the old Gazetteers in a modern campaign.
