I just changed the payment method and I expect the old card will not work. Do you need to do anything on your end to make things go through smoothly?

Did you change the card on the My Subscriptions page, or just add it on the My Payment methods page?

I'm trying to make sure the order is set to use the new card, but it looks like the same card is still set as the preferred card on your My Subscriptions page.

I made the change on Friday, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Looks like the Order listed and my account is using the new card. I *think* I'm all set.

Thanks for letting us know! I've checked into your order, and it seems that the card was updated successfully. I was able to authorize it, so our warehouse should have no problem when they process it.

The charge still has not finalized since our warehouse hasn't yet processed it for shipment, but you'll receive your normal confirmation email once that happens. Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be happy to help out.
