I built a sweet gaming table with a 49in tv in the center and for the first use it will be a one off session.
The IDEA is a shadow dragon and demons are making a deal, they have already take over a drow city and are going to take over a surface city soon.
Which Demons should i choose in the fight.
I m using a lot of dretches as a demon horde that should be only an annoyance to the 12lv player 6-8 of them.
I want maybe 3-4 Demons CR 9-12 maybe holding open portals that the players have to fight.
I think i want the classic wings and horn look but thats not to hard to stray from with my minis, they should fit that role of making deals and maybe high intelligence.
Ive looked through the monsters lists a lot but nothing sticks out well to me.
Any ideas folks?

Well, making deals is more of the devils' thing, rather than the demons. XD Schir have the wings and horns, but they're only CR 4. Seraptis have horns, but they're CR 15. o wo... Which is probably the least you'll need to be a serious hindrance to 6-8 12th-level players, really. They'll stomp all over foes of their CR.
