Pathfinder Playtest Need to update billing info Order 5064010

I recently lost my card and as such the one listed for the pathfinder playtest is no longer active. I have my new card set up to be used on my account now but can't quite figure out how to switch the playtest order to it. If someone could assist I would greatly appreciate it.

We need to change the card on our side. If the new card has been added to your account, please either email us or call us to confirm the card you want the order to use. Please include the order number and the last 4 digits of the preferred card.

I just received my Playtest Pre-order today and I was excited. I ordered the hardcover Rulebook, the Playtest scenario, and the flip-mat multi-pack. Couldn't wait to get home to open it.

Amazon shipped all 3 together in a piece of folded cardboard, not much thicker than a couple of sheets of printer paper, with no packing material. The box was a bit smashed and the corners crushed a bit, but I didn't think much of it, until I opened the package.

Imagine my disappointment and irritation when I found my hardcopy was messed up as well. The four corners on the open end are crushed, two so badly they are broken and a sizeable number of the pages are messed up as well. And the top and bottom of the spine are buckled and bent.

The entire package was a bit costly to arrive in such poor condition. Who do I contact about getting a replacement?
