Trouble with Starfinder rulebook subscription

I'm trying to set up a Starfinder rulebook subscription. While in checkout, each time I try to click on the button for "Subscription Options" I just get redirected away from checkout. If I try right clicking on it to open in another tap, the page that comes up is an error page. Am I doing something wrong? I /think/ my order number is 5279462.


I am also having this issue, and so is a friend of mine.


Yup same here. Nothing seams to work.

I am also having the same issue. I am hoping it gets fixed or a solution is found before the new book releases. It happens on my phone and the computer

What internet browsers are y'all using? Is it doing this on all of them?


I've tried it on both Chrome and Internet Explorer, without any luck.

Thank god I am not the only one having this issue. I have been trying for over a week with Chrome, Firefox and Edge and they all do the same thing. I also tried disabling any adblockers and edge has no addons and same thing.


If it helps, I'm trying to choose the Starfinder Armory as my starting item.

I ran into the same problem trying to set up a gift subscription. If this thread did not already exist, I would have thought it was protection against subscribing to the same product line twice.

Same thing, I have been trying to select the Armory as my starting item.

I've had the same issue trying to start a PFS scenario subscription. I've used Chrome, IE, and Firefox to no effect.

Sam, thanks for the info, can you reply back to this thread once the fix has been put in place? I would like to get my subscription started before the armor book comes out.


Yes please, I'm trying to do the same with the Armory book too!

Our tech team has applied the fix to this issue. I would encourage all of you to try to submit your subscription orders and let us know if you encounter any continued difficulties. We are planning on authorizing subscription items soon, so the sooner the better to get ahead of the subscription generation for this month!
