I'm trying to set up a Starfinder rulebook subscription. While in checkout, each time I try to click on the button for "Subscription Options" I just get redirected away from checkout. If I try right clicking on it to open in another tap, the page that comes up is an error page. Am I doing something wrong? I /think/ my order number is 5279462.

I've tried it on both Chrome and Internet Explorer, without any luck.
Thank god I am not the only one having this issue. I have been trying for over a week with Chrome, Firefox and Edge and they all do the same thing. I also tried disabling any adblockers and edge has no addons and same thing.

What internet browsers are y'all using? Is it doing this on all of them?
I tried it with Chrome and Internet Explorer both with the same results. On my phone I just used Safari. I am trying to start with the armory if that helps at all

Same thing, I have been trying to select the Armory as my starting item.

Sam, thanks for the info, can you reply back to this thread once the fix has been put in place? I would like to get my subscription started before the armor book comes out.

Hello again!
Our tech team has applied the fix to this issue. I would encourage all of you to try to submit your subscription orders and let us know if you encounter any continued difficulties. We are planning on authorizing subscription items soon, so the sooner the better to get ahead of the subscription generation for this month!
