Kimera757's probably as close to the only RAW I'm aware of. Probably breaks after 2 increases though.(Although I do think it should get the bonus HP as it does actually increase in size, and the construct bonus HP are based on size with no real qualifications - I can't think of a good reason why it wouldn't)
Cr is not an exact science, one option though is to create your monster, making the adjustments for size and then compare it to the monster statistics by CR maybe add a bit for the increased reach?

As dragonhunterq stated, the best approach for starting to find a CR is to make the changes to the monster, then compare the result to the Monster Statistic by CR table and find the best match you can. After that, if you want to be really thorough, run some mock encounters with parties at various levels.

The reason my I am asking, is that if you take a Bone Golem which is CR 8. Now just increase it's size to colossal. Now because of it's size it is more powerful physically but HOW much more powerful?
Using:
Quick Rules: +2 to all rolls based on Str or Con, +2 hp/HD, –1 penalty on all rolls based on Dex.
It is increasing by 3 size categories, so we apply this three times. It gets +6 to hit and +6 to damage on all melee attacks. It gets +6 to CMB and CMD (unless you use the 'rebuild' rules). It has +66HP (unless you use the 'rebuild' rules). Reflex save is reduced by 3, and it gets -3 to hit with Bone Prison. Reach is bigger. CR is 11.
