Hi Paizo

This is probably nothing important, but I've just received multiple confirmation "we are about to charge your card..." emails regarding my playtest order.

They all appear identical and I do receive multiple emails from time to time, so it' probably not a new bug. I did get three this time whereas they usually only double up.

I did tweak my preorder a couple of times during March (so maybe it's self-inflicted?) Anyhow, I figured I'd mention it. The numbers and items all look right, so as long as I only get one shipment everything will be hunky-dory. :)

I received four of those confirmation emails with we are about to charge you. I came here to see if there was any chance this had already been addressed.

I got 4 or 5 e-mails too. I don't mind the spam, as long as they don't charge me multiple times!


Yep, I got three as well.


I got two, a first for me as I normally just get one so figured I would report the bug.

Hello everyone,

This is not a new bug. Additionally we had to stop the mailing and restart it, so at least some folks will get duplicate emails from that as well. You will only get charged once.
