So I was looking through the Aberrant Tumor feat, it says only levels that grant you said bloodline stack for determining your Alchemist level, not your Wizard level, for gaining a Tumor Familiar from the Alchemist Discovery. Said discovery says nothing about your Alchemist level counting as your effective Wizard level, nor anything about different sources for Familiars stacking. It just says your Alchemist level determines your Tumor Familiar’s abilities as a Familiar.
So I thought about a Hag with Eldritch Heritage (Aberrant), Aberrant Tumor, Hand’s Detachment (grants a Hand Familiar, that isn’t really a Familiar unless you choose to make it one), and takes levels in Mesmerist Eyebiter.
Then going one step further and say said witch used her Eyeball Familiar, which is her own eye, and made it a Hag Eye Ooze, so it is both at once. Either that or make her other eye a Hag Eye Ooze, which would make her (technically) blind when she uses her Eyeball Familiar.
So with her Hag Eye Ooze, Eyeball Familiar, Tumor Familiar, and Hand (pseudo) Familiar, she shall conquer the world, one body part at a time.
