How does Call Lightning really work?

Is it this way or another way?

Round 1: Cast Call Lightning (1 round casting time)

Round 2: Free Lightning usage, other actions normal (ie move, swift). Standard Action cannot be used for a bolt.

Round 3+: Standard Action to call another bolt or cast a different spell etc.
