Did I Missed Out in Getting the Paizo Pathfinder Worldscape Ultimate Crossover Bundle—$45 Tier?

Hello,

I redeemed the code before December 2017 and I thought I went through all the steps to make sure I will get the miniature, which is what I wanted the most. However, when I checked my order today, I had to click Placed Order, which was strange since I thought I did it before.

My order number is 4551885

According to Humble Bundle's page, I had to redeem the code before December 2017, which I did, to get the physical goods.

Anyway, it seems that I am now only getting the comics. I am upset on the matter since I was really looking forward to the miniatures.

If so, would it be possible to get the miniatures? If not, may I get a partial refund for the miniatures?

EDIT: I looked at the other threads in this section, and I have noticed that the minis have not begun shipping yet. Will I still get one? :)

We are indeed shipping the comics and miniatures separately due to the fact that the suppliers of the miniatures have experienced delays that have pushed the expected availability of the miniatures to August.

I have ensured that you have the miniatures portion of the Humble Bundle items pending, and we will be shipping the comics out to you shortly. You may have seen this on other forums, but I wanted to mention that you will not be charged for any additional shipping when the miniatures ship.

You will receive both the miniatures and the comics, but the comics will be arriving first. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you!

Oh, ok. So August, now? I love how we have to wait until we think we've been forgotten, then have to come search for information. That's an hour of my time wasted. You guys should start a new forum just for this one crossover bundle, alone, but an email blast would be ideal.

I never got anything either. I had completely forgotten about it. Says I Redeemed Oct 27, 2017, 08:57 pm but never got anything at all just the digital assets.

Just a heads up David, you should create your own post for this in the customer service forum. You necro bumped a post from 2018 that would be considered closed.

Good luck on redeeming your items, even though it feels counter to what I am doing now, never a good idea to post in someone elses ticket. Especially if you yourself are asking for an assist.
