Please notice the restrictions; a player can only be a player in one of the RPG specials during each session.

Does this mean that we can't play in Solstice Scar C with both a Classic and a CORE PC?

A and B both had two sessions, so we could play both. I have a Classic and a CORE character that both played in A and B; I was hoping to run both through C. Will there be another opportunity to play in C outside of GameDay?

4/5

Well, that was quick.
And only one 5-6 table... Waitlist it is!

How can there be a Soltice Scar with no haiku!

2/5 5/5 ***

Can you play with Pregens on the Specials?

Lantern Lodge 4/5 5/5

Can someone move my table 131 (Arc lord Envy) to October-25th start, rather than the August one it already has. I'm not sure how I got it in the wrong time slot.

3/5 5/5

You can always play with pregens if there's a pregen within the subtier.

Table 103 is now full.

Liberty's Edge

How do we subscribe for Solstice Scar? Or are those seats not open yet? I've been refraining from entering any new games because I really want to do that scenario, but if it's already full, I'll get into something else. I just can't seem to find it anywhere.

You do that here.

If you don’t see an open table at your preferred tier, please sign yourself up on the wait list. That way we’ll know what tables we need to convert or add.

One of the issues we’re running into is timing. The expiration date for 8-99C happens before the end of RetroCon, so I need to get official clearance to find out if we can run 8-99C then or not. (Our assumption at the moment is no, but maybe they will surprise us.) The period between OutPost and RetroCon is the holiday season — a time when it is problematic to keep the attention of your participants.

I would assume that this is our only run of 8-99C unless you hear otherwise from us later.

Hmm

Hmm

If that's the case, would you make allowances for people to play both a Classic and CORE PC in the same session, then?

2/5 5/5

Would someone please mark tables 38 and 39 as full thank you! :)

This is highly unlikely. I would suggest that you pick which you would prefer to play and grab a slot with that character.

The Solstice Scar series is very easy to Overseer - if you had enough keen people you could always organise a session of it - you are only hunting three legal tables and its good to go. You could notionally have a GM who dual-hats as the Overseer (which was one of the design considerations of the series).

The holiday season will give you a bit of an issue, but surely you could cobble 14 other people who are happy to push on? (3 tables, 4 players +1 GM per).

I'd love to be able to play both Solstice Scar C and Scoured Stars Invasion. I've signed up for Solstice Scar as I want to make sure I play all four versions, but I'm keeping my eyes open in case that restriction is lifted.

1/5

Ok. In case there's need for more GMs I'd be willing to help with a Solstice Scar C game (best if tier 5-6, but put me where you need to, if you do).
I signed a character of mine to the waiting list btw.

Hello Friendly PbP Venture Folks!

If you could please mark Slot 81 (9-25 Betrayal in the Bones) as Full I would be appreciative!

Stay posted. We may lift the restrictions once a couple of weekdays have passed to allow folks to signup.

Note: this is a possibility, not a promise. We’re keeping an eye on the signup sheet and will let you know our decision sometime in the next two days. Does this sound good, Michael and Zin?

PREMUSTERING MY TABLE OF SFS 1-99

The Lady in Red flies in on her jet boots. “I see that I already have a full group of volunteers for a high level mission to the Scored Stars. I am hoping that Neon Ten, Antoine Désilet, Ivok Dracusk, Al2O3, Sev, and Sorami can all muster for transport!” She looks over the group. “So many scholars and celebrities! I hope the society knows what it’s doing! We can chat while we wait. I have a selection of tea and cookies catered in from the Posh Kettle.”

Hello Scoured Stars Incident players at Hmm’s table! I am premustering my table here so that you can all get your characters settled. Calling BretI, Gayel Nord, Zynete, CanisDirus, Lysle and Shaudius!

Come here and fill out my fabulous form!

Oh, and I’m still sick. GM Hmm’s mustering notice was for SFS #1-99 Scoured Stars Invasion not Scoured Stars Incident! I blame the typo on the fog of illness.

I posted about this issue I had at Castamir's Flaxseed Station, but think I should do it here officially as well.

I tried to put up a game for SFS #1-16 Dreaming of the Future on the PBP Gameday website, but the form only lists scenarios up to #1-15. That is strange as there are other 1-16 (and beyond) games listed. So its seems a recent amendment to the games offered might have deleted those games?

I'm still going ahead to recruit for it, but was hoping to make it in time for the scenario support.

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ***** Venture-Agent, Minnesota

That is weird. I’ll hit Jesse with the request to add it back in.

On a somewhat similar note, game 82 has completed recruitment (well, we have one player with a 7th lvl character who might not be able to increase its lvl enough to join by 10/1, and no one signed up for the waiting list) but there's still the problem of the session being marked as the Street Rose Revenge instead than The Lion's Justice. I know you sent Jesse a mail for this, perhaps he forgot?

ANNOUNCEMENT

Because the Fourth of July is tomorrow, let’s just open this now. You may now sign up for more than one special per session in PBP Gameday. Yes, Zin, you can sign up for core 8-99. Yes, Michael, you can sign up for the Scoured Stars invasion.

I’ve already updated the rules on the signup spreadsheet. Enjoy!

This is the work of many bodies, but if I had to name the single hardest working logistics person we’ve got, it would be Christine aka Redelia. She has been tracking issues everywhere and resolving them quietly behind the scenes. Thank her, because she is awesome.

There is also a lot of heavy lifting going on behind the scenes by our Specials Overseers as well — Tyranius and Dennis have a lot on their plates right now, but they’ve been keeping on top of it all.

Hmm

FULL - thank you

Oh, thanks for adding another table to Solstice Scar C!
The Haiku will continue.

question: Though I did receive an email from Dennis about backup GMing for the 2nd special 9.00 ... I'm not sure if I'm doing so for SolsticeC as well (have been backup for all of them so far to this point).
Is there a way to confirm if I am (or am not?)

Perhaps just list the current Backup GM's on the signup spreadsheet, so we know who they are?

A young halfling peers into the room before gathering up the courage to step in. "If I--" he squeaks out. He coughs, blushing, and clears his throat. "Would Wymarc, Verdant, Vari Varjo, Aragar, Thodash, and Taicho Bonewing please come here? I've a note from Venture-Captain Drandle Dreng!"

Calling Otha, qstor, Zin Z'arin, kuey, and azjauthor! Please pre-gather over here!

Elsewhere, a purple haired gnome strolls in to very casually snag a stool, climb atop it and cup her hands around her mouth to yell out, "Charity Treesinger, Taman Hornraven, Styrian Meathier, Kenji, and Gack Blooth! And..." She tugs out a piece of paper to squint at and attempts to wrap her mouth around the name before giving up. "Tabeeed?" She shrugs and tucks the paper back into her pocket. "I've somethin' for you lot so gather round!"

Gatherin' up Redelia, neodam, Lupulus, Zoomba, Noral, and EwokBanshee! :) Please pre-gather over here!
