Scorpion companion to a hunter. (he has a 3 intelligence, so can take normal feats, hence dirty fighting)
12 str, +3 bab, +4 for having grab natural attack, meaning 8 if not flanking, 10 if flanking. This i am quite certain is accurate, for cmd, and a +4/+6 to hit respectively.
My question now goes to pack flanking, dirty fighting and outflank. Since my hunter will almost always ride my scorpion or fight beside behind it with a reach weapon, i expect to always be flanking (except creatures immune to such)so my question here now goes,
Dirty fighting says since he doesn't provoke with his grab he would get a +4 to hit, is this untyped? With pack flank, and outflank he is already supposed to get a +4, so should this jump to +6 then? Or am i out of luck and stuck at the +4? Furthermore, his CMB should change now as well, including the 4 for flanking right? I feel it should be
Non flank +4 to hit with claw, +8 to grapple
Flank +8 to hit +16 to grapple
Is this accurate?

Firstly, if you are asking a question that touches on many feats/companions/etc, please link those feats or provide the full feat information under spoilers etc. It is very time consuming for others to search up all the information you are asking about, or to assume that people reading your question knows everything that you are asking.
Now on to the +6, NO. Both feats specifically states you increase the bonus given to a fix number (+4). Not just increase the bonus by +2.
Dirty fighting -
"instead increase the bonus on your attack roll for flanking to +4 for the combat maneuver check."
Outflank -
"Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are flanking the same creature, your flanking bonus on attack rolls increases to +4."
Both feats would only allow you a +4 to hit. This is an effective change to the bonus from +2 to +4 and not adding 2 to the bonus to flank.
From Universal Monster Rules - Grab -
"Creatures with the grab special attack receive a +4 bonus on combat maneuver checks made to start and maintain a grapple."
Therefore you are correct with the math.
You get +4 from flanking and an extra +4 if you hit and use grab to start a grapple check.
Remember, you must hit the target first with a claw to use the grab ability.
*If you are full-round attacking with both claws and the stinger, remember that once you start a grapple, you will be under the grappled condition as well, which will cause you to take a -2 to all your reminding attacks. The person that starts the grapple also gets the grappled condition.
"A grappled creature takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and combat maneuver checks, except those made to grapple or escape a grapple."
