Glyph of the Open Road dice

In my travels around the world, I've acquired about a dozen of the special Regional d6's from several of the VC's that I've met and played with. If you haven't seen them, they've got either the Glyph of the Open Road or the new 7-pointed star on the 6 face, along with a year.

I've lost track of who gave me which one, so I'm wondering if there's a master list of which Region used which die color/pattern (and glyph) in which year?

If I recall correctly (it's been 5 years, but I was actually just talking about this exact topic with some other VOs...) the first Dice of the Open Road were of the mottled red/black color with gold pips. That color scheme was selected to fit the "Year of the Demon" scenario covers for Season 5 (2013). The original PFS dice idea was such a big hit that Chessex simply didn't have enough supply for the large orders that the Venture Officers wanted to place in subsequent years, and so the idea of getting a multitude of colors for different regions evolved out of necessity.

If nobody else beats me to the punch, I'll see if I can track down the info to post here - it would be a neat list to have, to be sure! :)

I have a few, but I have no clue which colors belong to what region.

I only know this year:

Northwest and Asia-Pacific: Green
Southwest and Great Lakes: Orange
Midwest and Africa- East Eurasia: Blue
Northeast and Central Europe: Purple
Southeast and West Eurasia-Middle East: Red

I know I am blue, germany got purple and the UK got red :P

While I'm not positive, I think that some of the dice may have been made by some of the local PFS groups to give out at local conventions / game days / etc. and not just by Paizo. I seem to recall a conversation by some of our former VO staff about ordering custom dice for one of our year-end holiday parties.

I don't think any of them were ever made by Paizo, they were commissioned by VO's out of pocket.

Dice are a bit of a community/VO thing Paizo is not involved as far as I know.

I'd have to go back and research in the old threads to figure out what color was what. It has always been a VO-driven initiative, with our volunteers submitting the order with Chessex.

What about dice with the Starfinder logo. Could that also be an option going forward?

Just proving that you are in the very eastern part of the Midwest. Or very east Minnesota.

No wonder we get along so well.
