I came across this on Reddit. Trying to find fun mini casino games for my PCs. It seems like D&D but could be made for PF. What would you do with it?

Two players see who gets best 2 out of 3 in a series of Intelligence (Dragonchess), Wisdom (Insight), and Charisma (Deception) checks. I like this one because you can actually put proficiency in a gaming set to use.
Do the PCs play against the dealer or? How does this work?
