untouchable blood rager

Rules Questions

so I'm thinking of making a bloodrager and giving them the untouchable and spell eater archetypes however would the untoucheable bloodrager gets rid of spells does would it still get rid of spell slots with which I could burn for the spell eaters spell eating ability?

If you don't have spellcasting, you don't have spell slots.

Silver Crusade

You would still keep the Fast Healing though.

They don't lose spell casting though they just lose spells. Any of the other archetypes that remove spell casting that I can find list that they lose spells, spell casting, spell caster level, the untouchable archetype just says they lose spells though so based on comparing it to other similar archetypes they would still have spell casting and a caster level they just wouldn't have spells and I'm trying to figure out what exactly that would mean for the character.

"Spells" is the name of the class feature that gives bloodragers their spellcasting. Read the class before trying to be pedantic.

I did and the class feature is called spellcasting.

Spell Casting
Beginning at 4th level, a bloodrager gains the ability to cast a small number of arcane spells drawn from the bloodrager spell list. To learn or cast a spell, a bloodrager must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. He can cast spells he knows without preparing them ahead of time. The saving throw DC against a bloodrager’s spell is 10 + the spell level + the bloodrager’s Charisma modifier.

Like other spellcasters, a bloodrager can cast only a certain number of spells of each level per day. His base daily spell allotment is given on Table: Bloodrager. In addition, he receives bonus spells per day if he has a high Charisma score. The bloodrager does not need to prepare these spells in advance; he can cast any spell he knows at any time, assuming he hasn’t yet used up his allotment of spells per day for the spell’s level.

The bloodrager’s selection of spells is limited. At 4th level, a bloodrager knows two 1st-level spells of his choice. A bloodrager gains more spells as he increases in level, as indicated on Table: Bloodrager Spells Known. Unlike spells per day, the number of spells a bloodrager knows is not affected by his Charisma score, but it is affected by any bonus spells he gains from his bloodline. At 8th level and every 3 levels thereafter, a bloodrager can choose to learn a new spell in place of one he already knows. This swap follows all the same rules as for a sorcerer.

Nope. Here's a link to the class.

EDIT: And before you start, I'm looking at the Advanced Class Guide (the book Bloodrager comes from) and it's called "Spells" in there as well. This is why I tell people not to use the PFSRD, they edit stuff willy-nilly instead of putting exactly what is in the book.

Interesting, I stand corrected. Another question is would I be able to use non bloodrager spell slots to fuel the 2nd ability I know the ability its self calls for bloodrager only spells but is there an ability from else were that could override it?
