I saw that the two pdfs for "Songbird, Scion, Saboteur" have been updated after I downloaded them, so I tried to download them again and got a "file not found" message in both cases. What gives?

Thanks for letting us know! I see on your account that you'd attempted to download it again yesterday, I just wanted to know if it still gave you the same issue or if it was just a temporary blip. If you are still having troubles, I will work with our tech team to figure out what is going on.

I just checked again. Still a problem. Here's the error msg:

Also applies to the one file per chapter version.
I figured it out, finally. Clicked on the "if you're having trouble downloading" link and got 'em that way. But it's still reporting "file not found" on the initial attempts.
