I am a 4 physical product subscriber of Starfinder, and I have purchased a number of physical Starfinder products through the online Paizo store that were published before I became a subscriber.
My question here is: Am I entitled to the free PDFs (where applicable) that come with those subscriptions, if I make purchases of physical items that I missed before becoming a subscriber?
My reasoning for being awarded the bonus free PDFs is that I am still making my physical purchases through Paizo, hence my purchase history would be identical to a subscriber who ordered their subscription from the start. Also, as a late subscriber, I then am not penalised for lack of awareness of Starfinder's existence.

Thanks for your question! The complimentary PDFs are only available as part of the subscription and are automatically triggered to add to your account when a subscription product is marked as fulfilled. Since the other previous items would not be marked as part of the subscription, they are not eligible for complimentary PDFs. I apologize for the confusion with this!
I did notice that the most recent PDFs weren't on your account yet, so I have gone ahead and granted those. You should see a confirmation email for that new order in just a moment.
