Helpful (Halfling) and Exceptional Aid stack?

Rules Questions

I think they don't do it but i don't now?

Both the feat and the trait say: "+4 instead of +2". There's no actual bonus to stack, so +4 is all you'll ever get.

Though you could start adding bonuses to that +4, like from a Ring of Tactical Precision.

that ring is good

are there any other things that give you bonuses to aid another?

Few blanket ones, but there are plenty of bonuses to specific uses of Aid Another. The Azlanti Inheritor trait would work, but you'll run into race issues.
Searching the Archives of Nethys for "aid another" should give you a full list of options.

Liberty's Edge

Pickup "Equipment Trick: Ladder"

Guarding Ladder (Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes): You can hold a ladder in one hand and treat it as a heavy wooden shield with the fragile special feature. While holding a ladder, you can use the aid another action (or related abilities, such as the Bodyguard feat) to improve the AC of an ally up to 10 feet away.

That's not silly at all.
