Hello Qjone003,
Your card is being being declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file.
What you are seeing are not charges. Each time you try to submit the order the bank is pinged to make sure the card is valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize these authorizations. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. How long this takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.

Hello, thanks for the reply, I'm currently working with another rep through email. I finally got the Starfinder purchase to go through but now I have concern about my playtest pre-order as it was made with the same payment method I was trying to use for this purchase, still waiting on a reply from them but we can hopefully get this figured out soon.

I noticed when I went to issue the authorization reversal requests that one of my coworkers had done it about 3 minutes earlier. So it looks like she was responding to your email about the same time I was replying to your post.
I just took a look at your playtest preorder and I switched the payment method to the same one that was on the PDF order. So you should be all set now.
