Hello, thanks for the reply, I'm currently working with another rep through email. I finally got the Starfinder purchase to go through but now I have concern about my playtest pre-order as it was made with the same payment method I was trying to use for this purchase, still waiting on a reply from them but we can hopefully get this figured out soon.

I just double checked and there is 7 9.99 pending in my account, this is not a good billing system... I would appreciate having these returned or cancelled so I can get my $70 back

I have a current pending order with a payment method that says is being declined, Its a standard Visa card and I would like some help with this issue. I am currently trying to purchase a Starfinder PDF and I am getting this issue
