Yeah, you don't even have enough Intelligence bonus to get Int-to-AC for your 4 Kensai levels.
This is a bad idea because your classes need totally different attributes (Dex/Cha for Mysterious Stranger, and Str/Int for Kensai), and your only good stat is your secondary (non-attack) stat for the class you have fewer levels of.
I don't understand what you're doing at all.

The main problem I see with this is MAD. Too many scores to keep up. Your dex is below 14 for a gunslinger? I think being able to hit is far more important the tricks you can get from deeds. If you switch the Cha and dex, then this might still work. two grit might not seem like much, but you can take a feat to increase it later when you start getting more of the fancy deeds.
Now you can use mysterious stranger for a perfectly legitimate gish build. If you really want mysterious stranger, maybe because you want to be the face of the party, then try most sorcerer or bard builds for a multiclass. Paladin could also be an interesting option (I know there is a gun based archetype for paladin....its just better to get guns from gunslinger since most gun archetypes are usually not that good)
An easier option might be to go with a gunslinger with the wisdom based grit, and take a multiclass in cleric or maybe a sorcerer with the empyreal bloodline.
Another interesting option is based off of whether you can use 3rd party content. The mechanist archetype for gunslinger lets you use Int for grit, and thus you could easily go into magus.

Horribly horribly MAD
I think the Samurai Sword Saint archetype vaguely works with Gunslinger, a lot better than Kensai does, if you want the flavor. It suffers from the fact that Sword Saint isn't all that good (Never get access to full attacks) though it is still better.
I'd take Musketeer Samurai (not strictly compatible for touching proficiencies, but they do in spirit) over either of them though.

The basic idea was the party needed an arcanist and some ranged attack capability. Our sorc and ranger just died so I wanted to avoid the sorc, and I played the ranger.
Using the Suli to boost damage with Elem Assault. Axe musket to shoot and then spellstrike.
Probably continue to go 2/1 magus/gunslinger
As for the stats
Sulis get a +2 Str, +2 Chr, -2 Int. Made it a tough sell for Magus and I didn't want to focus much on the GS so I spent high on CHR to avoid putting resources into it later. As for dex I figured trying to hit touch AC with both the AM and spells a 13 (+1 at 8th) would be more than enough with a 3/4+ BAB.
This is for Carrion Crown, if that makes a difference.

Honestly, Arcanist is terrible for multiclassing. You can be a ranged damage dealer with magic, but not a primary arcanist.
I'd recommend Empyreal Seeker Sorcerer/Zen Archer Monk/Arcane Archer if Sorc wasn't off the table. Wisdom to EVERYTHING you want short of initiative.
If you want to buff the party (Arcanist) and do ranged damage, Qinggong Sensei Hungry Ghost Monk is neat. You can use Inspire Courage to also grant people the ability to fire a set of Scorching Rays (one of the few blaster powers worth using, ESPECIALLY on someone with Sneak Attack), or True Strike (Speaks for itself). You can also freely share memories between people at no cost.
You have no shortage of "ammo" either, as Hungry Ghost can replenish your Ki.
