So this might be a user error, but I have been looking on the GenCon 2018 site to find PFS games and can't find them. Are they posted and I am just dumb and can't search properly? Or are they not posted? If they are not posted do we have a date when they will go up?

The Paizo events are not yet posted. Soon (TM) is everyone understanding. It sounds like it is waiting for GenCon to push it out but I have no direct knowledge on the subject.

Already a couple of other posts about this topic as well.
