It seems that not only are all the links to the Pathfinder Forums broken, but the Homebrew has been removed from the list completely. So what's going on here?

Since it seems to be re-directing us to main page where the Pathfinder 2 Playtest pre-order page is, this feels like a marketing thing. I assume, that the forums will resume after May 2nd. But this is just speculation.
If you go into a profile you can still access threads that that person participated in. So, you can check up on threads that you were involved in by clicking on your own profile. The forums aren't gone, just really really hard to get to.
I really doubt this is a marketing thing. The redirect is to the Paizo homepage, which currently is advertising the playtest, sure, but it's not the actual playtest landing. All signs point to this being a site bug, since the same thing was happening with some of the Starfinder pages not too long ago.

Pretty much any invalid link goes to that page now, so I wouldn't read more into that other than "stuff is broke, yo".

yeah, I agree. I think my mind went there because I didn't realize I was just being sent to the main page. What with the pathfinder play test ad occupying 95% of my screen. Plus, in the past when something was broken I would get sent to the "something is broken" page.
Though, I guess in those cases the whole site was down not just the forums.
