I had set this order to ship when ready (should all be 1 shipment), but I think it reverted back to sidecart after I changed the payment method, and I didn't catch it. Can that be switched to ship when ready?

One of the miniatures is currently not available so I left that one in your sidecart so it won't keep the order waiting. If you want me to move it into the order as well please let me know.

I'm betting that wolf has been there for quite some time - can you cancel that from the sidecart altogether? The rest can ship out.
