Was reading through Possession spells, (Possession, Object Possession, Possess Object, Marionette Possession, Riding Possession) and think they're interesting (and necromancy, so my no transmutation no conjuration wizard can cast them). Problem, I'm not sure which one(s) I need.
We're playing through Iron Gods and there are a lot of non-magic constructs... Most constructs have a soul of some variety fueling their arcane power. Robots though, as far as I can tell, are an object.
So which possession spell would it be to hijack that robot bod?
