my order number is 4785287 i was wondering on the status it says pending, does this mean the payment went through or not? im curious because the credit card im using might not work and id like too kno before the first so i can make different arrangements. the order wont need to be changed at all either.

Pending means the order was successfully submitted into the system.
It will show as pending until it is processed for shipping.

The payment will be processed when it shipped (in this case, probably sometime in late July).

You should be able to change the payment method attached to the order through the My Payment Methods page until May 1st. If you need to change it after that, please let us know.

Alternatively, you can also buy a gift certificate in an amount to cover the order and apply that to your own account as store credit. Once the store credit is there, we can apply it to the order, so the order will use the store credit when it ships.

the payment needs to be slightly changed slightly (just 1 letter needs to be changed lol)

under the name of the credit card holder it should be Catherine J Piper

instead of Catherine Piper, just forgot the initial in the middle.

so the card was declined due to insufficient funds, its because the payments we have made to the card have not gone through yet. i was wondering if you will be continually attempting to charge the card or if you will be waiting for me to say when the payments have gone through?
