New and in need of assistance

Hello. I just made an account for society play and I can't find any rules on which source material is or isn't allowed or really how anything works, it's getting annoying, can one of you assist me?

I've looked there, I've got the beginner box and I'm very confused about what is allowed and what isn't, I found a link that claims to go to a list of what is ad is not allowed but it just takes e to the home page. The beginner box mentions section B and I can't find it anywhere

(Edit: I was confused about the box but I read the creation guide and it didn't help at all)

That will take you to the front page of the Pathfinder Society part of these boards.

Across the top of the page, just under the Society insignia, is a menu that includes:

FAQ, Policies, Coordinators, Forums, Blog, Create A Character, Create An Event, Find A Game.

Each of those menu items will take you to different parts of their site. It's probably best to read the FAQ page and the Policies page, and then take a look at the Create A Character page

Do you want to learn how to run a Pathfinder Beginner Box game?

That's a different question. The rules in the Beginner Box are a little different from the rules the Society uses.

You don't have to join the Society to play Pathfinder. That's just an organization for people who want something besides running games at home for their friends

The Additional Resources page should have everything you need for what products you can draw on.

The Archives of Nethys is your friend. They list what is PFS OK, and their search also can filter on that. Only thing to watch, is that they have stuff from all PF, so if you see neat stuff, you may need to buy more PDFs or Books to use the item/feat/whatever in play.
