Odd-ish question, as a follow up to prior lack of hand space. Can't wear gauntlets, dust knuckles and a hand slot item (preferred choice: extractors gloves). Too many gloves, not enough hands.
What is there to say Dust Knuckles couldn't be enchanted as a magic weapon for an unarmed fighter? Or flip-side, that Dust Knuckles could not be added to another glove during creation? (As they are at their core just leather pockets along the knuckles)

Dust Knuckles is an alchemical weapon.
In theory, should be possible to make it masterwork and to enchant it.However...I think would be less far-fetched to take a Cestus or a Tekko-Kagi and add it the Injecting property:
"Bladed" weapon is a meaningless term since it is not "Blade" and even an axe has a blade in generic terms...
If you rule that bladed = piercing or slashing weapon, it could be applied to these and you'd save the price of vials...
Skarm
P.S.: I think "bladed weapon" is just another sign of how careless seem to be Paizo developers with terms even if they deal with a community where hyper-punctual people seem to abound:
Saying the weapon must be piercing or slashing make sense with the property since without cutting/piercing you cannot "inject" anything (just like "keen" is meaningless for bludgeoning weapons!), but there is no reason for it to work only on blades!

None of these options are going to provide a magical enhancement to your unarmed attack. They will simply add the magical properties to whichever weapon you are going with. No weapon (gauntlet, brass knuckles, punch dagger, etc) allows you to apply magical bonuses or damage types (cold iron, silver, etc) to unarmed strikes.

Well...yeah...I gave that for granted.
In fact I was wondering:
If the dust knuckles is a weapon, it does not provoke attack of opportunity, right?

P.S.: Since seems to not be PFS legal isn't a big deal for me, but I was curious...

Unfortunately Vigilante Fist of the Avenger specifies unarmed or gauntlet damage only. Granted, I am going Boar Styke with the build, so my hands will be Slashing/Piercing weapons.

This just plays into my "why does PF hate Unarmed" thing. If you aren't a monk or brawler, you can't really use it... Even with classes that gain benefits to such things like the vigilante.
You can poison any blade you pick up, magical or otherwise. Any weapon can be magic, and has to be to bypass damage reduction. You wanna punch into late levels, you have 2 options, waste your hand slot, or your neck slot (for about 2 times the cost of any other weapon that takes no slots). And even then, Amulet of Might Fists can only get +5 total modifier, compared to any other weapon's +10.
