Paired Weapon...as single weapon.

Hi all,
I was wondering if these paired weapons, which are listed as being made, forged, etc... in pairs...can be used as single weapon (with another one):

Battle Poi
Butterfly Sword*
Double Walking Stick Katana*
Lungchuan Tamo
Shang Gou*

Also...the statistic are valid for a pair (i.e., market price) and for each of them when used with TWF?

Could be enchanted separately?

* = In some cases seems to be crafted to be "splittable"...

I doubt you can buy them separately, as very few people want just one of those weapons, but the plus side is you automatically get a backup weapon in case the first is dropped/lost/sundered. The stats represent each weapon, so if you just use one, you still deal the listed damage. As for enchanted separately, butterfly sword indicates you can. If it isn't listed as a double weapon, you can use one of the listed weapons, and an additional weapon, for example a butterfly sword and a battleaxe.
