I've been waiting and watching for my most recent order but it would seem that once it got in town it up and disappeared! Tracking stops on the 27th but I haven't gotten the order.
If you could send a replacement order that would be awesome, and then just cancel my subs, with extremely fluctuating shipping costs and a lack of confidence in the post office i'd rather get my items locally from now on.
But mostly I've been waiting forever for Pact Worlds and I'd rather not have to wait until my next subscription shipment.
I love your books!

Please keep us updated on the missing package.
I took a look at your last few orders and the shipping has been consistent. This months was about a dollar more than the previous 3 but it also had a hardcover. I see that you have a couple of playtest items in your cart. Those are all being fulfilled by Amazon delivery service, which is one we have not used before, and are using solely for the playtest materials. The shipping on it is higher than it has been for your other orders.
