I'd like to have an introduction to Pathfinder Society for International Tabletop Day coming up.
What would be a good adventure to get people excited about PFS, and then let them go on and enjoy the other activities that the store plans on having at the location. (This will also be a useful tool in my belt for other venues where the focus isn't just on RPGs, which tend to require a bit more time than your average board game).
For D&D 5ed/AL, I can run the first adventure from any of the seasons in five different one-hour increments and it works well for this sort of thing.
Is there a similar one or two-hour adventure for PFS that would work well?
Thanks. It's been a while for me, so my memory faded. (I remember the old faction introductions, but right when I had stopped playing, I remember that two of them were expiring, so I'm not sure any of those are legal, and I remember it being several four-hour adventures too.)

Heya Daniel!
I concur with the two posters ahead of me. #8-16: House of Harmonious Wisdom is 5 quests tied together into a unified story (the whole thing takes about 5 hours, so ~1 hour per quest).
Pathfinder Society also has a few Quest packs (free to download and use) from seasons 6-8. Mitch already mentioned The Silverhex Chronicles (Season 6). There are also Phantom Phenomena (Season 7), and Honor's Echo (Season 8).
The rules for awarding PFS credit for each of these is on the first couple of pages of each adventure. Silverhex, being the first one of them, might have slightly more confusing language, but as far as I've seen, most GMs are able to handle all of the others without problems!
I hope that helps, and definitely keep asking questions here if you need advice!
Edit: You can find the three free quests HERE. In addition, there are two 0xp quests that take ~30 minutes to run present on that page - Ambush in Absalom (good for level 1-5 characters), and Fane of Fangs (intended for use with level 5 pregenerated characters from the Pathfinder Unchained book).

Masters of the Fallen Fortress is a dungeon crawl, that could easily be broken into hour-explorations.
There are three Quests- Silverhex Chronicles, Phantom Phenomena, & Honor's Echo; each are 6 hour-long quests within an overreaching story. similarly, House of Harmonious Wisdom is a "special" case as it can be played with high tier characters.

Thanks, you've definitely given me a few to look into. I remember running Ambush way long ago, back when I was a regular PFS DM, but I think the 0xp may disappoint new folks. Though I don't remember much about the Ambush. I ran it during Youmacon which was more of an anime convention, so my players weren't typical RPGers, they only had about a 10-15m attention span before they wanted to see the next thing. For that situation, I wish I had something EVEN shorter... hehe.
But the Silverhex Chronicles, that came out after I had left, so I'll be looking at that and the others you've all recommended. I know that I can keep attention for an hour, I ran at this location for last year's ITTD and we actually managed to coax a few folks into playing on a regular basis. If we can get a few folks to start a regular or even semi-regular Pathfinder table or two, I'll be extremely happy.

Ok, just read the Silverhex, that's 100% perfect. Thanks!
(if the others are like this, then I have a lot of ammo for the future too.)
Unfortunately, they refer to one book that I don't ... YET ... own, the NPC Codex. I may end up having to pick it up. hehe.
Anyhow, thanks again!
You can find the relevant information from the NPC Codex from the Paizo PRD here: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ if you don't want to buy the whole book yet. Especially useful if you have a printer you can use, or run games from your tablet or the like.
