Does the +4 AC vs ranged attacks via Prone apply to Prone Helpless creatures?

Still zero dex, but means they net only -1 AC vs ranged attacks.

Don't see why not. The bonus from being prone is because you present a smaller profile / more difficult target, not because you're better at getting out of the way of projectiles.
