Are there any rules regarding multiple enemies literally throwing themselves on someone? say you get a small squadron of like 15 people, they all jump off a cliff onto a huge earth elemental. do they all roll grapple? is the earth elemental just made prone?
I'd rule it as an assist other adding +4 to the CM/CMD check per person

Grapple says multiple creatures can participate in a Grapple as Aid Another. It doesn’t specifically say in Grapple, but Aid Another has you make a check vs AC 10 to assist. I’d have the first 14 people make a Grapple check vs CMD 10. Every successs grants a +2 bonus to #15, who could get a +28 bonus. Those aiding have to be in range of the creature, so the target would have to be Huge. You could do this on subsequent rounds, allowing bonuses to maintain the Grapple and to Pin. A Huge Earth Elemental has CMD 30, making it so 15 people could likely take it down.
Not sure about the jump off a cliff part...

The way my group runs it is that the person with the highest result is main initiator and everyone else uses the assist other option with their rolls, possibly helping.
They also get another aid another action when the enemy tries to take over the grapple or do something, boosting their main peron's CMD.

In the CRB under grapple, there is a subsection for "multiple creatures" which covers this. Basically, one enemy is rolling to grapple and the other enemies roll to aid.
As for knocking it prone, that would be up to the GM regarind the weight of the squadron of 15 and weather the earth elemental could lift them. Technically, weight has no bearing on grapples (they just don't cover it), despite common sense to the contrary, so definitely something the GM may have an opinion on.
