10 point buy on a martial class with no bonus feats? You aren't going to get fun ways to build her, you're barely going to be able to make her competent at all. If werebat means a werebat-kin skinwalker then the racial wisdom penalty isn't going to help either. Do you mean that or a lycanthrope?
I don't know how you spend divine favor for 3 extra feats, but it does make the shifter more viable certainly.
You might consider a dragonhide agile breastplate rather than darkleaf cloth hide. While the ACP is certainly worse (-3, or 0 on climb/swim) the AC is 2 better.
If you're spending a feat on a weapon, why a bardiche? You have +1 BAB even at first level, you could get Exotic WP (fauchard) just as easily. Or you could just use one of the shifter weapons (perhaps a scythe) and spend the feat freed up on something to make your dazzling display work, perhaps the cunning feat to give you more skill points, or additional traits to get the omen trait and some other.
You might considering multiclassing for future levels - now that you've got level 8 in the class there's very little more in it for a weretouched shifter who doesn't use the shifter claws.

I don't have any particular ability to troubleshoot Herolab. You'll note that Variel recommends dragonhide armor in his section on the weretouched archetype. The fauchard definitely exists.
By divine favor you mean an alternate favored class bonus of one feat per level? Take it at every level! And yes, you now have a reason to stick with the shifter class past 8th level.
