Ok so I have an Npc In mind and want some help fleshing him out.
He'll Be a level 12 Kensai - Magus
How ever I want him to focus on Cold spells
Such as Frost Bite. I Plan TO Make Him In charge of a Prison as the warden.
He'll still need a high crit weapon.
My main trouble is i want him to have a good variety of cold spells
and im unsure what is Arcana's should be.
