Grabbing a level 1 spell with two Worlds trait

Rules Questions

So question. I was reading up on this trait.

Two-World Magic

Benefit: Select one 0-level spell from a class spell list other than your own. This spell is a 0-level spell on your class spell list (or a 1st-level spell if your class doesn’t have 0-level spells). For example, if you are a druid, you could select mage hand and thereafter prepare it as a 0-level druid spell; if you are a sorcerer, you could select know direction as a 0-level sorcerer spell known.

and got confused. Say the person chooses Bloodrager since they are cleric since bloodrager has no 0 level spells does that mean they could choose a Spell like Magic Missile and cast it as a 0 level spell?

No, it means you cant choose Bloodrager because they dont have 0-level spells, but if your main class is Bloodrager then you can get mage hand as 1st level spell.

Oooh okay :D

There wouldn't per chance be any traits that would allow a 1st-level spell from another class would there?

Not that i know off.

Darn well Thank you for the clarification :D

Alternatives:

Multi-class into 1 level of a level 6 or 9 caster class.

Wand of level 1 spell for 750 gp if you expect to be using the spell as often as you would a cantrip and don't want to lose a level in your main class. 15 gp per casting. But since it's for a spell not on your list, it would require some UMD skill point investment.

There is a rogue talent called Major Magic to get a 1st level spell as a spell-like ability and it requires the rogue talent of Minor Magic, so at earliest, you would get the spell at level 4 (when you would have used both your rogue talents). Even then, it's only twice per day that you can cast the spell.

Silver Spindle Ioun Stone: Use one 1st-level spell as a spell-like ability three times per day. 24,000 gp

Select a race or build a race that includes your desired [non-attack, non-damage] spell as an SLA:

Monstrous Traits for example:
Spell-Like Ability, At-Will (Variable, see Special): Prerequisites: None; Benefit: Choose a 3rd-level or lower spell that does not attack a creature or deal damage. Members of this race can use this spell as an at-will spell-like ability. The caster level of the spell is equal to the user's character level. Special: This trait costs as many RP as twice the level of spell chosen (minimum 2)...

And to specifically get Magic Missile, use a Quarterstaff of Entwined Serpents for 5050 gp:

This was for a player in my campaign they are playing a cg drow cleric of eilistraee and were curious of a way to add it as a level 1 spell to their list i will keep those options in mind as alternatives though so thanks joeelf!
