Shining child question

So I've an 11th level evil party, including a vampire and a dread ghoul (Way of the Wicked). I'm thinking of putting them up against a shining child, but need a spot of clarification.

Burning Touch says "A shining child corrupts the positive energy within a living creature into an unnatural burning light." Would undead be immune to this?

I'd say yes. But on the other hand, they would take double damage from the Searing Ray, that is total of 20d6 fire damage on a ranged touch attack with +19 to hit. They can be killed with a single attack.

Perfect! It's about time they had a challenge :))

(The vampire will have a load of temp hitpoints, the ghoul will be at least blurred)
